Disease domain

The gods of disease can both promote and protect
against diseases, poisons and sickness of all kinds.
Most clerics of these gods tend towards evil, though
some may view disease as a natural part of life.

5th feign death, stinking cloud
7th black tentacles, blight
9th contagion, cloudkill

Bonus Cantrip
When you chose this domain at 1st level, you gain the
poison spray cantrip if you don’t already know it.

Disciple of Pestilence
Also at 1st level, you can rebuke attackers with
pestilence. When a creature within 5 feet of you that
you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your
reaction to cause the creature to make a Constitution
saving throw. The creature takes 2d8 poison damage
on a failed saving throw, and half as much damage on
a successful one. You can use this feature a number of
times equal to your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of
once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a
long rest.

Channel Divinity: Resist Infirmity
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel
Divinity to resist poison, disease or other conditions.
As an action, you can cast the lesser restoration spell
on a target within 30 feet of you that you can see.

Disciple of Poison
Starting at 6th level, you can use your Channel Divinity
to further envenom your spells and abilities. When
you roll poison damage, you can use your Channel
Divinity to deal maximum damage instead of rolling.

Divine Strike
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your
weapon strikes with poison. Once on each of your
turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack,
you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 poison
damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the
extra damage increases to 2d8.

Walking Pestilence
At 17th level, you can create a cloud of disease that
afflicts your enemies. As an action, you present your
holy symbol to create a cloud of disease that
surrounds you. Select a number of creatures up to
your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of one) that are
within 10 feet of you and that you can see. These
creatures are affected as if they were hit by the
contagion spell.
